That’s why we’re excited to introduce our Appointment Reminders feature, designed to simplify scheduling and ensure you never miss a critical inspection.
What Are Appointment Reminders?
Appointment Reminders are an intelligent scheduling tool that keeps you and your team on track by automatically generating reminders for upcoming inspections. These reminders appear prominently on the Appointments page, both above the calendar and in the list view, ensuring they’re always front and center.
How It Works
Our Appointment Reminders are tailored to align with the specific needs of fire protection professionals. Here’s how they work:
- Based on Last Inspection Date: Reminders are automatically generated using the last inspection date for each system at a location. For example, if a quarterly inspection was completed on November 15, 2024, the next reminder will appear in early January, ensuring you stay compliant with NFPA guidelines.
- Advance Notification: Reminders appear two weeks before the earliest scheduling window for the next inspection, giving you plenty of time to plan.
- Visual Priority: Overdue reminders are highlighted in red, making it easy to spot and prioritize them.
Ease of Management
Our goal is to make your workflow as seamless as possible. With Appointment Reminders, you can:
- Schedule Directly from Reminders: Click on a reminder to schedule an appointment immediately, saving time and reducing manual effort.
- Dismiss with a Click: If a reminder isn’t needed, simply dismiss it using the three horizontal dots, and it will reappear for the next occurrence (e.g., the next quarterly inspection).
- Manage Reminders on the Systems Tab: Appointment reminders are driven by past inspection data, automatically updated as reports are completed. However, you can also add or edit reminders manually on the new Systems tab within a location’s page.
